Need to reurn to previous view on Surgical Case Tracking

Previouly on SNSurgiNet Organizer I would log on and click on the Surgical Case Tracking tab. I then had several tabs to choose and view the up coming CCL and surgical schedule from. Tab labels went something like this; CCL, OR, CCL & Surgery, + 1 day, + 2 day, Pharmacy CCL & OR Schedule, physicain provider, etc.

At present time (last week password was changed for SSO) I only have 2 tabs, OR and CCL. And they seem to be filtered only by "all checked in", so I get a very long list

I only need to view the cases scheduled for the next 24 hours. I prepare and print out (at 04:00 am) a list of the up coming cases to assist the House Supervisor on days (7am-7pm), case managment, and monitors techs.

Please, can you help me get back my previous view and working tabs?
